Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive a Diya that is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the Diya must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service at support@decorativediyas.com within 7 of receiving the product.
Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
Once we receive the returned Diya and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product. The refund amount will be for the cost of the Diya, excluding any shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or customized Diyas. Additionally, items that show signs of use or damage not due to transit will not be accepted for return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a Diya for a different one, please initiate a return for the original Diya following the instructions above and then place a new order for the desired Diya on our website.
